Useful information

Rules, Expectations and other useful information will be discussed here. We want everyone to have a great time at Sierra Vista Nightmare, so we will disclose important information here.

Rules

If you violate these rules you will be warned once, second time you will be asked to leave. Exception to this rule is safety concerns, any violation deemed a safety concern you will be removed without warning.

• This is a family oriented event so no profanity or vulgar acts.
• No touching the goblins, ghouls, zombies and ghosts (volunteers), they will not touch you.
• Cell phones are not allowed to be out while going through the haunted house. We tried to allow this but it caused more problems, so either in your pocket or purse with ringer off or leave it before you enter.
• No costume props that will destroy the props we have built.
• Have a scary good time.

Expectations

• If anything is not fastened to your costume it may fall off. We will try to help find it but are unable to promise it will be found.
• We spend a lot of time doing different decorations to make this a great experience. Since some of these decorations are easy to be destroyed or tore down, therefore we do not allow props that may tear down these decorations. (Ex. Sword, tall hat)
• Our biggest expectation is for everyone to have fun and enjoy your time.

Other information

We have made a few changes this year to hopefully give some of you a more enjoyable time. One of these changes is that none of the volunteers will chase people in the parking lot or where the concessions area is located. you may be scared in these areas but will not be chased. This will allow those who get scared easily or from certain spooky figures a chance to relax. We are also going to be implementing a voting process, this will tell us what your favorite room was. for more information please visit here.
